Established in the year 1987, when import and export procedures were elaborate and needed specialized handling, three people took up the challenge of encountering the hardships and creating a model for simplified procedures.
In India, logistics was divided into segments such as forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, licensing, consultancy and inland trucking. Aren identified customs clearance as a key element in solving the real problem in logistics.
Aren's endeavour resulted in putting these activities under one roof as a package deal, giving users a one-window shop for international trade requirements.
